This house is based on the house I grew up in. Here is a picture of it from Google Streetview:

The people who lived there after us painted it differently, but it was really cool looking, so that's how I pixelled it. Back when I lived there, it was more like this:

It was a big old house and I loved it. It was built in 1896, I believe. It's the house that gave me my love of old houses.
